Scott Evans is a national leader in the church outreach movement. In response to requests by other churches for outreach help, Scott founded Outreach, Inc., in 1996. Outreach now works with more than 40,000 churches across the United States to maximize their outreach effectiveness. Scott is the founder of the National Outreach Convention. He is also the architect of the Four Laws of Effective Outreach seminar, which has trained more than 12,000 church leaders in outreach strategy and implementation.

Lindy Lowry is editor of Outreach magazine and director of publishing for Outreach, Inc. A graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism, Lindy has more than 16 years of experience in magazine publishing. She has written and edited articles for more than 30 publications, and is an award-winning journalist who believes the art of storytelling still ranks as the most effective form of communication in the world today.

Andrea Bailey joined Outreach magazine as online editor / associate editor in 2006. She spearheads Outreach's digital initiatives in addition to contributing to the magazine. Previously, she worked as assistant editor for CCM Magazine in Nashville, Tenn. A Chicago native, Andrea enjoys working on articles about relevant issues in the church today and interacting with influential writers and thinkers.

Tamara Rice serves as media editor and a staff writer at Outreach magazine. After nearly a decade in youth and college ministry, Tamara and her husband Nate relocated two years ago to the San Bernardino Mountains where they traded in church work for camping ministries. In addition to her work at Outreach, Tamara is co-director of women's ministry and parent/child conferences at Forest Home Christian Conference Center. She is mom to Nick (6) and Maddie (4).

As the editorial administrator for Outreach magazine and Outreach Media Group, Donna Zakrajsek has proven herself an invaluable member of the Outreach family for two years. At work, Donna enjoys seeing people pray before meetings, and appreciates the incredibly talented women and men on the magazine staff. She currently resides in San Diego’s North County with her three sons.

Shari Taylor came to Outreach magazine in 2003 as an experienced manager, with 14 years in publishing with CCM Communications and the Thomas Kinkade Company, and 10 years previous experience in lending management. Shari currently serves as the circulation manager at Outreach, and enjoys finding creative ways to exceed customer expectations.
